Orders placed in our webshop with a delivery address in Hungary are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. For example, if you order something on Tuesday, it will usually be with you on Thursday but no later than Friday. It is worth noting that in the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the start of packaging and delivery begins on the day on which the order value is received in our bank account.
Delivery to non-Hungarian delivery addresses in the European Union may take 3 to 10 working days – depending on the distance of the given country from Hungary. If the delivery address is not in Hungary and the exact time of delivery is important, feel free to contact our customer service – we are at your disposal!
Important! The Kitsimono web store only delivers to the European Union!
Our online store only sells in the European Union. This includes all countries outside Hungary that are members of the community (whether they have joined the Eurozone or not). If you work or live in the UK and would like to order something from us, feel free to contact us by email before placing your order!
The Coronavirus is bored and fearful and some people are loves to see it calmly. We take it seriously and that is why we want to share / let you know how we handle the goods and packages you have ordered from me. Therefore, we let you know the following information so that everyone can, in their sole discretion, consider ordering from us or not in this context:
- The outer packaging of all consignments arriving at our site is disinfected by alcohol spraying and all goods are deposited with one week of “rest” outside the warehouse. During this time, no one can touch them. After a week of forced rest, we begin handling and storing the goods. This may slow down the delivery of some products, but if there is such a case, we will contact the customer immediately.
- Each item is moved, packed and handed over to the courier in rubber gloves only while wearing a mask.
- No person other than the workshop workers (who work in the protective accessories mentioned above) may enter or enter the storage, product handling and packaging location of the Kitsimono Web Store products.
- Our workshop adheres to the tightening of any government regulations, but despite some reliefs, we only follow these effective reliefs with a long wait.
As the official position is divisive and the outcome of the virus is unpredictable, these measures will be maintained for an unforeseen, uncertain and long-term period.
We believe that excessive precaution should not be a problem.

The Kitsimono workshop has nearly a decade of domestic and international parcel delivery experience. Our packages tend to arrive intact. Therefore, we do our best because it is in your mutual interest to receive your order intact from the couriers. We always try to pack it in such a way that we do not damage our belongings and, of course, use as little unnecessary material as possible. If possible, we use recycled materials and environmentally friendly bulking materials.
We are always developing our packaging methods, as we also seek to respond to technical developments in the transportation industry.
Yes, every photo is made of the ceramic that we will send to you after your order. You can be sure, what you will unpack and handle, because these ceramics are unique products that do not make two identical.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide this. That’s why we try to present every product in our webshop as much as possible from as many sides and angles as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
At the moment, we can only send the ordered products to the location indicated as the shipping address by courier service.

The ceramics shown in the webshop can be of many kinds. It can be unique domestic workshops or really works from Japan, but you can also find Chinese and Taiwanese works and also Korean in our ceramics supply. We try to share all the information with you in the product descriptions, but if something is missing and you need accurate information, ask – we will be happy to answer!

First and foremost, let us know as soon as possible before the package is sent. In this case, please provide us with an address where we can send out the invoice – if you do not want it to be included in the package.

With this kind of inquiry, everything depends on what you want and where. We respond to, and talk about, cultural, artistic, lifestyle, and similar inquiries. We ask you to start with any such inquiries by e-mail.
