Contemporary art graphics – our work on the theme of bonsai and modern bonsai paraphrase is part of a series that deals with the sometimes thought and sometimes real relationship between tea, ballet and bonsai. We could say that the European graphic approach to the aesthetics of bonsai, kakejiku and modern bonsai fuses in the picture, but in fact the monochrome print, which was otherwise made on paper, was created along the graphic values. The graphics were made in a single copy – as were the rest of the series. The prints, which appear like two collages in two main “blocks,” focus on both the physical and spherical worlds.
The elements shown in the graphics are based on a series of previous experiments in our workshop, which started from the modern aesthetics of bonsai and the so-called bonsai styles based on the parallels he found with the notion of “kazari” was finally displayed.
We offer paper-based graphics for sale framed. The frame (full size of the image) is 51.5 x 71.5 cm.
