Whole leaves or shoots – so called golden buds are spun into tea beads – thus preserving as many aromas as possible and achieving special gentle fermentation of the tea. Even when dry, the tea has a pleasant floral scent mixed with a slightly smoky piquant scent.
Suggestion for preparation:
The simplest and most “low-cost” method is to make up to 100 ° C with water and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before filtering. For those who are finer, we recommend 90 ° C water (taking into account the water – tea ratios) and soak for 2 minutes before filtration.
