“Foggy mountain”
The tea picked in May and June is called Wu Lu “Misty Mountain”, which refers to the cloudy and foggy, high-humidity environment of the tea produced at an altitude of 800 meters, which is a combination of ideal conditions for the production of quality teas.
Preparation proposal:
- If you simply make your tea using a gaiwan, choose ~ 3g of tea leaves and pour it over water at 70°C (maximum 80°C) and soak for a maximum of 1-2 minutes. The possibility of multiple pouring, of course, still exists.
- If you choose Gong Fu tea, make each “decoction” with as short soaking times as possible. Add a little less water to the tea leaves than you might think at first – so we would rather taste the flavors we can attract with this gradation by pouring them several times. We will have a varied and gourmet experience!
