Yin Zhen – Yunnan – Chinese white tea 80g:
The product contains 80 grams of Yunnan high quality fibrous white tea in an aroma sealing bag. This tea is a silver-needle Yunnan spring-picked tea. Yin Zhen is made from the harvest of the plant’s first spring shoots. These very first spring shoots protect themselves from the cold of Yunnan in the morning with fluffy furs. These expire later, so there is an extremely short time available to manually pick the shoots that make up the raw material for this tea. It is dried naturally, giving it a soft taste, a yellow decoction and a floral scent. A normal decoction is considered to be a particularly strong tea – even though it is a particularly light experience.
Make with water at 80°C and soak for the first minute (approx.). Use 3 to 5 gram (classic gaiwan ratio) infusions that can be repeated 5-6 times. If you want to make a stronger, more characteristic tea, you can extend the soaking time longer, but never exceed the soaking time of two minutes.
