The Pu-erh teas – mystery of Da Ye and Yunnan mean the “tea chill underground” of “puers”. If we look at a pressed tea aesthetically, not only is it an exotic phenomenon, it is not only the beauty of the packaging that affects us, but the fragrance … But for the time being, it’s a bit back to the beginning. What is Da Ye? A variation of the Camellia sinensis plant itself, from which the real puerh tea is made, must be of this plant / version. This is one of the main criteria to really call Puerh and the other is to come from China, Yunnan.

A pu erh tea is like wine. He’s not ready, he’s ripen afterwards. In China, disks older than 2-3 years are considered to be good. The older a puerh tea can be, the more valuable it may be. They are cheaper and more expensive and very expensive. The latter are hunted by collectors and are also considered as investment by good puerhs. There are faster and slower matured (fermented) teas between them and whatever one prefers, they have a good chance of entering the community that means Pu erh fans.

Sheng Pu erh

Sheng pu erh teas strengthen the camp of green teas. It is dried in the sun or baked, and then slightly flushed back by steam and pressed into machines or stones with canvas bags. The most common (apart from rare exceptions) is 357g. Spring pickers are preferred, and spring harvesters are the most sought after.

Shu Pu erh

The quickly matured Shu Pu erh teas represent a new generation of fermented teas. For centuries, there has been, and the fermentation is, in their artificial case. However, their effect is extremely natural – thanks to the un. earthy taste and special smell. After accelerated fermentation, they are pressed into machines or stones by means of canvas bags. The most common (apart from rare exceptions) is 357g.

The breaking of Pu erh teas is often a question. The question is how to break it, how do we start? Practice is not complicated, you only have to look at it once and be sure to go first. There are a few things you should know before we get started and there are a few things you should know well in advance and not face to face.
